Todd started with just $17 cash in his pocket, cleaning buildings while attending Fresno State University and earning a degree in Construction Management. Over the next two decades, he built one of California’s largest facility maintenance companies, employing over 400 people.

At the same time, Todd was quietly acquiring and rehabbing commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties—eventually focusing on single-family homes.

After a life-changing auto accident, Todd doubled down on what he loved: real estate and finance.

In 2006, he founded ZINC Financial, a private real estate lending company that has funded over $1 billion in loans. Todd and his team have flipped more than 450 homes and provided financing solutions for thousands of investors.

Todd's mission? To help investors succeed and scale by giving them access to deals and capital the same way the big players get it.

Today, ZINC is one of the largest operators in Central California, managing more than $100 million in assets and running an SEC-registered mortgage fund. Through ZINC Marketplace, ZINC now acquires properties for other real estate investors, passing along the savings while coupling the transaction with pre-approved in-house financing.
